This spring, I’m soft-launching what will eventually become HÁLE — a wellness studio opening this fall.

An intimate gathering of founders close friends. the people who’ve held space, shaped rituals, and reminded me what it means to build something real.

There will be flowers, meditation, pilates and probably be some chaos. But there will also be intention.
